Michael Farley – Director of Training & Nutrition, Core Progression 

Michael Farley is a highly experienced fitness professional with a passion for helping clients achieve peak performance and lasting health. He holds two degrees in Exercise Science and Nutrition, providing a strong foundation in both the science of movement and the principles of proper fueling.

Michael’s certifications include:

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

  • NASM Nutrition Certification

  • NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)

  • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • Kettlebell Certification (KB Cert)

With expertise spanning corrective exercise, strength training, nutrition coaching, and program design for a variety of populations—from athletes to everyday clients—Michael emphasizes safe, effective, and sustainable progress. He is dedicated to creating personalized programs that improve performance, mobility, and overall quality of life while helping clients reach their fitness goals efficiently.
